Started at front of 3rd 'wave'. Long hill up from beach, then undulating over heath; Walked uphill bits, back seized up. Soft sand slightly easier after rain. Recovered a bit on last beach section, but tide still high, not much firm sand. Quicker than last year (but shorter). Lots of NFR there. Wooden 'eco medal' and small goody bag. | ||
